The ideal candidate will be responsible for

• Installs, configures, and updates Merlin equipment
• Installs COMSEC/Taclane equipment
• Recommends security and site requirements for Installation, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal (IMACD) requests
• Performs system performance analysis, server troubleshooting, account management, thin client and Citrix desktop support, specifications for future equipment, site surveys, and preventative maintenance
• Updates site documentation
• Performs IT incident response to resolve end-user issues to a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Supports hardware and software upgrades
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and systems issues and replaces defective components

• Bachelor’s with 5 – 8 years (or commensurate experience)
• Top Secret Clearance
