The Human Resources Manager is responsible for directing and performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with other employees, managers and leadership team in supporting human resources needs for MBH.

This position carries out responsibilities in all HR functional areas including but not limited to: onboarding, benefits administration, HRMS, recruitment, performance management and company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate is responsible, accountable, professional, and has excellent interpersonal skills.Responsibilities include:Evaluate the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.Performs both strategic and routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with leadership team and/or branch managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.Develop and maintain human resources system that meets leadership information needs.Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.

This may include training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Other duties as needed to support the HR needs of the organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required, or equivalent years of experience in a human resources role.A minimum of five years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role.SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR Certification preferred.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and HRMS.

Prior experience with ADP a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.We are an equal opportunity employer.
