In addition, this person will lead, inspire and motivate a team of Internal Careers Recruiters (ICR) supporting the sales organization who are responsible for end-to-end internal talent acquisition activities.

Recruiters deliver against recruiting goals and drive both short and long-term internal talent initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader and has a strong commitment to the collective and individual success of their team.**Responsibilities**+ Creates a strong sense of team unity and engagement by building recruiter capability (business acumen, partnering and influencing skills)+ Focuses on building relationships and trust with the direct team, client groups, and cross-functional partners (Talent Experience, Employee Success Business Partners, Compensation, Operations, etc,) to ensure internal employee transitions are optimized.+ Creates and executes a strong internal recruitment strategy to effectively achieve aggressive goals.+ Thrives in an agile environment and thinks innovatively to evolve team and organization strategies.+ Strong focus on exceptional candidate experience and client management.+ Participates in and drives projects and initiatives to streamline processes & make a strong impact on both their own team and overall Talent Experience and Recruiting org.+ Ensures new hires quickly and effectively develop an understanding of our culture, process, teamwork, and technical expertise.+ Supports career development plans for their team and is committed to the success and growth of the team.+ Understand key performance metrics, how they impact overall success, and how to coach employees for improved performance.**Experience/Preferred Skills:**+ Bachelor’s Degree+ 2+ years experience in HR leadership role, managing a team of recruiters, and experience partnering with senior executives, added benefit if this leadership experience is within Recruiting and/or Talent Development.+ 6+ years recruiting experience, ideally in-house and/or internal recruiting experience across a variety of talent segments with strong track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets while staying focused on exceptional candidate experience and client management.+ A preference to have knowledge of the G, Marketing and Product organization is preferred.+ Strong operational experience in reporting and data analysis to drive strategy and achieve quarterly hiring goals.+ Strong working knowledge of Excel and ATS reporting tools.+ Strong skills to visualize a story through data and create decks.+ Proven success leading, motivating and inspiring a team to achieve great results.+ Track record of building relationships and successfully collaborating with cross functional partners.+ Strong business acumen, understand the needs of the business and proactively identify potential risks.+ Experience in managing large, business critical initiatives proven to impact the overall business.+ Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to present data to key executives, establishing credibility and building trust with team and client groups._For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $99,200.
