Manager, Human Resources

 
We are looking for a Manager, Human Resources to join our team!

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this visible and engaged position engages in designated areas of our business to lead the delivery of our talent programs.

 Partnering with our HR functions, this leader will enhance and implement our employee relations, talent planning & acquisition, performance management, learning, employee & leadership development, and total rewards programs to cultivate the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our growth objectives. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  
Engage with business leaders to translate the operational strategies into specific talent strategies and tactical priorities Facilitate our recruiting and on-boarding processes to attract the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet our business objectives Lead the execution of Talent Management processes including performance management, talent assessment, and succession management Support the evaluation and leveraging of our total reward programs to ensure their alignment to the business strategies and understanding of employee team members.

Collaborate and partner with the balance of the HR team in achieving our functional strategies and priorities Provide effective employee relations support on human resource matters through strong execution of our employee relations programs and providing balanced counsel, policy evaluation and implementation, and conducting confidential investigations where required.

Qualifications:
