Position Summary:
Responsible for the design, development, and program management of Talent Acquisition strategies which provide a pipeline of next generation of top talent (intern and college grads) to the Dollar Tree/Family Dollar organization by creating collaborative relationships with key colleges and universities. In addition they are responsible for all university relations programs including establishing and cultivating long term relationships with target universities, developing a strong presence on campus, partnering with the career center leadership, and developing the recruiting plan and process for each year’s class of recruits.
