Lepley Recruiting Services is representing a top Commercial Flooring Contractor in Houston to fill an Installation Manager position.

Applicant must have significant amount of flooring installation experience with various flooring types including carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and LVT.Responsibilities and Duties: Manage multiple projects at a timeReview install details for each job with the appropriate installerWork closely at times with GC and Project ManagerReview and schedule jobsCommunicate with team on next day assignmentsVisit job sites to check on the quality of installationsProvide expert resolution to installation issuesDetermine scope of work including floor preparations and installation requirements to provide to estimatorsAbility to assess different conditions and determine potential issuesRespond quickly and professionally to requests from customersAssist with installer oversight and trainingHelp promote a culture with installers of high qualityQualifications and Skills: Experience managing a teamAbility to read blueprintsExpertise in conducting on site measurements providing detailed scopes of work.Excellent communication and computer skillsFlooring installation experience/knowledge (preferably in ceramic)Ability to resolve issue timely and with good judgementJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 $60,000.00 per yearExperience:Installation Management: 2 years (Preferred)Flooring Installation: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location:Multiple locationsBenefits:Health insurance
