JazzHR – Recruiter Account: Executive Aide

JazzHR is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team.

Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills will ensure you contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will complete special projects and routine office management tasks to enable the organization to focus on required performance results.

What youll be doing: Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks for JazzHRs executive teamManage executive calendarsArrange complex and detailed travel plans, while monitoring for delays or interruptionsSchedule and coordinating meetings across multiple internal/external stakeholders Track and report business expenses on a monthly basisOrder and stock office supplies, snacks, and kitchen/break area related items for two officesCoordinate company meals and events in coordination with various departments Answer and fielding inbound phone calls and email inquiries What youll bring:Excellent time management and organization skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAt least three years of supporting Senior Level ExecutivesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and various other common technologiesA mandatory high degree of discretion with confidential informationThis key position is based in Waltham, MA, and is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.

The successful candidate will be able to work onsite in our Waltham, MA office routinely as a part of conducting their daily job duties.
