Human Resources GeneralistJAC Products has an opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join the team in our new 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio.

Your Contributions: Responsible for full cycle recruiting, including planning, posting, interviewing and selection of candidatesOptimize utilization of contract labor and staffing servicesConduct onboarding activities, including orientation, training, and system information managementDrive Employee Relations efforts, including Employee Engagement events and administration of employee relationsMaintain confidential employee records, administer benefits and payroll, and promote employee engagement Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fieldPHR or SHRM-CP preferredA minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience working with an HRIS; strong Microsoft OfficeSuite skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer orientationProven time management skills and knowledge of HR and employment laws More about us: JAC Products has been a pioneer in the Tier I automotive space for over 50 years and continues to test the limits of functional exterior trim products.
