Position Purpose: Responsible for the entire ERP assessment and implementation project lifecycle, providing leadership, coordination, management and align with IT PMO processes, tools and functions.
This position is accountable for executing and delivering on ERP business projects by managing cross-functional business teams to meet assigned objectives on time and on budget.Principle Accountabilities Manages multiple complex projects and/or programs related to ERP transformation impacting business goals and objectives.
Provides periodic status, reports and metrics to and as agreed with the management on IT project portfolio variables including scope, schedule, and budget.
Identifies priorities and schedules relative to each initiative within the overall ERP implementation program.
Brings together different functional perspectives from within and outside the project teams Ensures initiative, project and/or program deliverables are met on time and within budget as required.
Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements.
Develops recommendations and implements solutions to project/program challenges.
Related tasks as requested by supervisorEssential Skills and Experience 4-year college degree 15+ years of Project Management Experience 10+ years in ERP implementation PMI certified Project management experience in manufacturing domain is added advantage Advanced business acumen and strategic ability Exceptional communication skills and strong Advanced analytical skills and knowledge of statistics Experience managing multiple projects and project teams in various locations Experience managing Software Development projects and knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methods
