Internal Recruiter (L)We are looking for energetic, ambitious people-persons who are interested in learning more about recruitment in high-tech industries.

The primary focus in this role will be full-cycle recruitment including; sourcing, screening and presenting quality candidates to prospective opportunities with our client companies, ranging from software engineering, finance, marketing, administrative, and other positions.Recruiter Salary and Benefits: $40k base commissions Group Medical and 401k/ROTH plansCompany and Location: Boutique recruiting and staffing company based out of the San Francisco Bay area serving important companies in technology (Saas, networking, engineering), entertainment, healthcare, and other industries Local office in Mesa, AZ 85203Main Responsibilities: Source quality candidates for a variety of positions Review candidate resumes and job applications to filter qualifications Phone screen candidates to assess knowledge, skills or experience for position applied for Set up interviews upon request Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidatesQualifications: Motivated, organized and able to multitask Exceptional communication and social skills necessary Solid computer skills for communication, including social media Pre-employment criminal background check is mandatoryPreferred Qualifications: University degree Prior recruiting or other relevant work experience Familiarity with databases for electronic application and onboarding programs Knowledgeable in information technology and interest in recruiting for tech positions
