Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

Overview: POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.

This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

The Recruitment Coordinator will lead a team in ensuring GISD hires the best possible talent.

Essential Functions Statements:Develops and executes recruitment strategies to successfully attract talent, while strategizingefficient ways torecruit talentfor specified, hard-to-fill positions.Oversees job offer, contingencies process, and transfer/promotion, while ensuring best practices, policies, and procedures are followed in every step of the recruitment processPrescreens applications in iCIMS and HireSelect, conducts phone interviews, and arranges and participates in second interviews with Hiring Managers.Works collaboratively with hiring managers on recruiting for open positions, Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Directly supervises the HR Recruiters and HR Clerk, while providing guidance and support to all Recruitment Team members.Manages their performance, provides feedback, encourages skill and competencies development, and addresses opportunities for improvement.Supports the One Door concept at Goodwills Community Employment Centers by collaborating with Human Services Departments to provide a recruitment presence within the Centers, and aids public relations with establishing a recognizable employer of choice reputation for the company, both internally and externally.Promotes the organization and open positions within the community by attending job fairs, informational meet and greets, etc.Collects data and reports recruitment statistics on a regular basis.Performs other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Education: Associates Degree or two year college or technical school preferred.Experience:Three to five years related experience.Computer Skills: Must possess knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

ICIMS (applicant tracking system) experience highly preferred.Certificates & License: Valid California Drivers License with driving record acceptable to Goodwills insurance.

Must have a vehicle and valid vehicle insurance.Other Requirements: Must pass criminal background check requirements.
