As a result of global aggressive growth and expansion, our client is looking for a highly visible Human Resources Manager.
( heavy machining, closely related experience).
This growth division is part of a multi-billion dollar NYSE company .
Because this is a high profile role and due to its importance to the overall organization this person will be earmarked for succession planning and promotion.
Position is based in the Greater L.A.
County area , salary for this role will be up to $130K plus bonuses.
Job Requirements: Major responsibilities and background needed: Counsels managers and supervisors on employee relations issues and ensures adherence to state and federal regulations Develop programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment, and analyze manpower, turnover, and other personnel statistics.
Coordinate the administration of employee security, recreation and benefit programs.
Develop and implement company-wide training programs.
Prepare and issue manuals establishing human resources policies, and interpret such policies for management and the workforce.
· Strong communication skills able to work closely with corporate senior leadership
· Independently execute assigned projects including large quantity data management 330 employee plant, $120 Million sales.
