Position Human Resources Manager Position Summary The Human Resources Manager will facilitate the overall planning and coordination of hiring, onboarding, benefits, safety, and employee relations aspects of the business.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and ensure compliance across all HR Functions.
Location High Point, NC (Must be willing to relocate) Compensation Aggressive Salary Full Benefits Responsibilities Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems Maintain and revise the company handbook policies and procedures.
Experience overseeing recruitment efforts and the onboarding of new employees.
Remote and in-person oversight of HR functions at satellite facilities.
Qualifications/Experience Must have Management experience in a Human Resources function.
5 years of Human Resources experience.
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Excellent communication skills when managing employee relations issues.
Experience with recruitment efforts and onboarding of new employees.
Willing to travel to satellite locations in the US on a quarterly basis.
