Human Resources Manager

American Shizuki Corporation

This is a Contract position in Atlanta, GA posted October 30, 2021.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to obtain the best qualified and cost-effective applicants for all positions.

Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company goals and objectives.

Develop, negotiate, and implement any new benefits and insurance changes regarding employee benefits programs or company insurance contracts.

Processes payroll for all departments.

Filing payroll for both hourly and salary associates.

Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, and leave of absence.

Maintains accurate records of insurance coverage, 401k plan, and other employee benefit plans.

Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Keeps records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

Ensures company is operating in compliance with state and federal guidelines in relationship to programs such as OSHA, workers compensation, EEO, Affirmative Action, FMLA, etc.

Investigate accidents and report information to the insurance carriers.

Administer return to work program.

Conduct monthly safety meetings and prepare monthly safety reports.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce workplace injuries.
