Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is for a family owned, residential real estate firm in Boston Proper. This company has residential properties in the MA region in addition to several other regions throughout the US.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$110,000 – $115,000

Position Overview:

This Human Resources Manager position will be both front and back of house HR operations working with talent acquisition, employee development, payroll and HR generalist work.  They must be proficient in utilizing ADP and the entirety of the payroll function.  This individual will play a key part in working with organizational leaders and executives in building out talent strategy, and employee development.  Additionally they will help with back of house HR operations such as employee onboarding, benefits and payroll.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

• The Human Resources Manager will communicate regularly with Department Heads and Executives on employee talent strategy and development
• Interview incoming talent and help with employee development
• Onboarding of new hires including I-9
• Manage entirety of the payroll process through ADP Assisting with benefit and payroll related questions

Qualifications for the Human Resources manager:

• Must have experience with payroll and working with ADP
• Must have 10 years of experience directly working with company leadership and executives
• Must have experience working with an ATS system such as workday
• Prior experience with HR benefit programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
