Human Resources Manager

ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in the Birmingham area. This person must have excellent communication skills and must be experienced and knowledgeable of HR practices and processes.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):

• Create and administer HR programs, processes, and procedures
• Spearhead employee onboarding, training, and overall operational education
• Direct management in training procedures and performance management
• Manage employee relations, facilitating issue resolution between employees and managers
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits plans and manage the administration of benefits enrollment
• Work with the Leadership Team to develop personnel policies and practices
• Audit and ensure data management is accurate and up to date
• Maintain annual reporting and department records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):

• 5+ years of professional HR generalist or management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in HRIS systems and related software applications
• Employee relations and benefits experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
