– Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties to include benefits administration; leave of absence; investigations; coaching/counseling/discipline.
– Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulations.
– Assist with the administration of airport badging, background checks.
– Conducts audits to include HR programs and recommend corrective action.
– Serve as Coach and mentor.
– Training, development, and Talent Management Talent Development coach and liaison for General Management.Conduct annual training as necessary.
– Policy Administration Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
– Providing advice and consultation to operations, safety.
– Promote employee engagement.
– Employee Relations Management manages internal and external matters from notification through resolution.
– Process and vetting of employee separations.
– Ensure performance expectations and policy guidance are being met.
– Provide assistance to all levels of management.
– Regular attendance that is punctual and dependable is required.
– Perform project work and other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
– Knowledge and understanding of HR best practices; local, state, and federal employment law and regulations
– Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
– Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
– Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, create a team environment
– Detail oriented, with ability to track task progress to completion
– Demonstrated ability to motivate, collaborate and lead
– Highly organized with ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines

– Must deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
– Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A general understanding of Windows, Google Chrome Browser, Internet Explorer Browser.
