Recruit and onboard new hires
Conduct performance management and provide feedback
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration or relevant experience
3+ years experience in Human Resources
2+ Payroll experience
1+ year of Employee Benefits experience
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
$55,000
– $75,000
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience
