Experienced HR Manager/Director needed for small/mid-size manufacturing organization! Ideal candidate will have experience in privately owned organizations, preferably manufacturing with employees over 100-200. Duties will include:
• Policy & procedure development, streamlining processes, and big picture HR initiatives
• Hands on HR Manager with day to day operations support of the HR function in the facility
including: recruiting, payroll, time and attendance, and employee relations.
• Use data driven business insights to provide HR solutions and recommendations to
management
• Provide site training for all employees in the required HR training areas, as well as leadership
training for all levels of supervision and management.
• Partner-with and coach managers on effectively engaging employees and addressing employee
relations issues.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to policies, procedures and services based on trends and
business need
• Supervise and HR team including payroll, recruiting, and admin support
Client seeks the following requirements:
• Degree in Business or HR required
• 7+ years HR related experience; including in a senior HR capability
• Experience with and examples of streamlining processes, improvement initiatives, and making
HR decisions in business
• Proven experience and knowledge of HR and plant operations
• Excellent communicator, critical thinking ability, and problem solver
