Human Resources Generalist

We have an immediate need for a part time Human Resources Generalist for a local manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids.

This position will be working full days on Tuesday and Wednesday and then the rest of the week the schedule is more flexible.

We would like to have someone available to work 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities will be recruiting for hourly manufacturing associates and skilled trades associates.

Will also be assisting with on onboarding process or new associates and any other miscellaneous HR functions.

Prefer to have someone with some prior HR experience in a manufacturing facility.
