The Human Resources Generalist will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like talent acquisition and recruitment, organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies.
You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
And youll also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR-related topics.
The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Head of People and Culture.
Ideal candidates will have had experience in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment with personnel distributed throughout the country.
Responsibilities:
* Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes
* Assist hiring managers by posting job descriptions, scheduling and conducting phone screens, and sending offer letters
* Lead market rate analysis related to compensation for existing and prospective roles
* Participates in the onboarding process by conducting new hire orientations to review all necessary paperwork, review handbook, and ensure all policies are understood
* Maintain personnel files to ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal regulations and company policies
* Undertake tasks around performance management
* Communicate all personnel and policy changes to management and implement HR policy
* Administer compensation and benefit plans
* Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
* Compile and analyze relevant data information for government related reports
* Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations;
* Assist employees with travel arrangements and Visas for travel and advise employees regarding the World Health Organization advice for international travel
* Ensure compliance with existing federal and state employment laws and regulations
* Stay current with changes in employment regulations, assuring all postings are up to date
* Manage benefit platforms and reporting requirements
* Assist the Finance department with AP, AR, and other miscellaneous needs
* Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies
* Other miscellaneous duties as requested
Requirements
* Bachelors Degree
* Five years of Human Resource Experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
