We are looking for a passionate HR person to join our family-style atmosphere at ROSS Companies. Our Human Resource department is relied upon heavily to support all our employees and develop strong and trusting relationships. This role will be a hybrid role, combing payroll and generalist efforts. You can expect to be involved with payroll, onboarding, training, departmental projects, HR strategy, and implementation of new initiatives, and HR admin projects.
We are looking for someone who can prioritize tasks, manage their time, work with all levels of employees, move between payroll tasks and generalist role throughout the work day, step in when help is needed, and show initiative to help make the department efficient and fun. Ideally, they will have knowledge of property management industry, history of payroll for at least 1 year and HR generalist experience of at least 3 years.
