Human Resources Generalist

As HR Generalist this position is responsible for serving the first point of contact for employees for routine HR questions basic policies and procedures questions, employee benefits questions and issues, etc.

This position will also be responsible for processing our employee benefit plan, open enrollment and completing various other HR and Business administrative support activities.

The HR Generalist position will play an integral role in assuring HR goals are met through support of HR initiatives such communications plans, rewards and recognition programs, and training plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process and record all employee termination, hires, promotions, rate changes and other employee related information into ADP Workforce Now and Workday Assist in the administration of the company’s policies and procedures and HR programs covering areas such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and performance management Assist in managing the Training Plans for all employees including preparing necessary schedules and documents and maintaining training files Participate in ensuring the effective implementation and communication of business initiatives (e.g., communication plans, succession planning, performance management, and talent management) in order to facilitate accomplishment of organizational objectives PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE and EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and PHR preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll/HR.
