Our client, a luxury beauty brand, is looking to hire a Human Resources Director for their global team in the San Francisco area. This person will act as a true business partner and will assist in aligning human resources best practices to overall company objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 8 years of human resources experience, a majority of that working with senior executives and business leaders and must have management experience in the state of California.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Work cross-collaboratively with internal stakeholders and leaders to build and maintain HR objectives
- Develop and adjust corporate HR strategies, ensuring they align with business needs and priorities
- Oversee the development of the PCR and provide training to direct reports on processes and timelines
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of employment legislation to ensure company compliance
- Coach and develop teams, including recruitment, office management and general HR
Job Qualifications Include:
- At least 8 years of experience in general human resources experience, leading and managing large teams
- Experience managing human resources in the state of California
- Conceptual understanding in a wide variety of HR practices, including employment law, compensation & benefits, leadership & talent development, and recruiting
- Proven ability to align people, strategy, and business objectives for a global organization
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of internal stakeholders
