Human Resources Coordinator

Are you looking to start your career in Human Resources?

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client’s team in Glenview, IL.

In this contract to hire opportunity, you will become an expert in benefits, gain experience with Leave of Absences, and contribute in the onboarding process.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the hiring process by running background checks, ordering drug screens, and completing I-9’s

• Onboarding newly hired employees

• Answering benefit related questions

• Processing employee benefit enrollments

• Educating employee’s on Leave of Absence options when needed

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s Degree; preferred

• At least 1 year of experience with HR related duties

• Superior communication skills; Written and verbal

• Ability to stay organized and is efficient in multitasking

• Skilled with Microsoft Office
