Summary/Objective Support the Human Resources team on HR and administrative needs including but not limited to recruiting and onboarding, benefit administration, performance evaluations, employee data and records, and administrative support for Human Resources deliverables. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage campus recruiting process by coordinating campus events, developing relationships with universities, making recommendations to improve programs, developing and disseminating campus employment brand initiatives, conducting phone screens, scheduling student interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system. Participates in recruitment efforts by tracking pipeline of candidates; scheduling experienced-hire interviews and debrief sessions; sourcing experienced candidates; conducting social media audits, manage relationships with outside recruiters, and responding with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process. Maintain active on-line presence by updating Jobs section on firm website, assist in blog calendar and content, placing recruiting ads on social media, maintaining social media content and firm content on external sites. Conduct new employee orientations and administers pre-employment tests. Facilitate background checks and report findings. Assist with new employee onboarding and termination process and paperwork. Participate in benefit administration including employee enrollment, employee changes, payroll deductions, termination of coverage; distribute medical forms, and preparing forms for annual open enrollment. Conduct employment verifications. Assists with coordination of the semi-annual evaluation meetings and staff performance appraisal process. Maintain confidential HR files and databases. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects-event planning, reporting, HR-committee support, etc. Perform other human resources special projects and tasks as required. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. Position Type This is a full-time position. Hours should comply with business hours and schedule approved by management. Any hours worked over 40 hours per week will be paid at 1.5 the standard rate. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required 1 years experience working in Human Resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintains high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing a diverse and demanding workload. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills. Maintains a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.
