Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with strategic, analytical, and data integrity tasks for the HR Department.
• Complete weekly and monthly HR reports.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions.
• Prepare and maintain new hire packets.
• Project: Identify digitizing opportunities to eliminate paper files and reduce Iron mountain billable storage.
• Project: Employee Onboarding work with Training Dept, EH&S, Quality and Manufacturing to streamline process and validate proper training is occurring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an applicable discipline.
• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.
• Must have 30 credits completed by the start of the session.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess career interest in human resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willing to take on new projects on an as-needed basis.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and superior interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently
