The Human Resources Clerk (Returnship) provides administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partners and Executive Assistant in various areas of Human Resources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partners, Executive Assistant, and Human Resources Department with projects and assignments. Assist with planning and coordination of meetings, presentations, and trainings. Provide backup relief for the Receptionist. Prepare reports for the Human Resources Department as assigned. Assist Training Specialist with researching and developing training materials. Assist Recruiters with sourcing and scheduling interviews. Utilize proactive sourcing strategies to include various internal and external sourcing methods to obtain resumes for open positions. Contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Research, shadow and assist with day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling. Assist with Campus Recruiting initiatives and Summer Internship Program. Sort and distribute department mail. Order office supplies for Human Resources Department. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Comply with all Company EEO, anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation policies, practices and procedures with respect to selection and hiring of candidates. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Requires at least 2 years of previous work experience. The candidate must have taken a career break of 2 years. A career break is defined as having taken a break from Corporate America; any entrepreneurial explorations, transition to academia, or other personal circumstances constitute as a break. Verbal and written communication skills. Time management skills and the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. What can you expect?
