Responsibilities: As the HR Business Partner you will have to work closely with HR business leaders in the following areas: (a) talent acquisition; (b) colleague engagement and development, (c) policy compliance; (d) investigations and workplace concerns; (e) strategic workforce planning and succession planning.

The principal outcomes of this role are to grow the organization by identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.

The role works collaboratively with HRDs and additional HR and business colleagues.

Your day will focus on talent acquisition and performance management, emphasizingretention and planning strategies designed to build bench strength for future growth.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, actively engaged in talent acquisition and talent & performance management are the minimum requirements.

You will work closely with cross functional teams and your ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is critical.

Familiarity with applicant tracking software and metrics, knowledge of wellness and hospitality industry is helpful toward success in this role.
