Robert Half has partnered with a growing technology organization in their search for an HR Business Partner/Manager. They have been making a significant impact to their industry and experience 10-15% growth year over year. They are a global leader and with their US Headquarters central here in CT. This is a highly visible role for a Human Resources professional that wants to be hands on and get exposure to the many facets of HR working under a Director of Human Resources and own the HR function from a local level.  

Day to Day Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate all HR activities for site employees
• Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees.
• New Hire Orientation for all new employees, Training and Development
• Employee Relations
• Benefits Administration- including auto enrollment, and system administration
• Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; ensures employee reference guide on policies and procedures is maintained.
• Works with department on record and report creation and maintenance. Participates in administrative staff meetings and create awareness days for employees.

An as HR Business Partner/Manager you may be responsible for generating reports to track employee data, departmental needs and management goals. The HRBP must have a strong customer service skills along with principles relating to employment laws, recruiting, employee relations and information systems. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, have excellent organizational skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel. A Bachelor’s Degree is required for the position.
