QualificationsEducation High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.Experience No previous experience required.
One to two years of experience working in a Human Resources role in a law firm and/or professional services organization preferred.Special Knowledge N/ATechnical Skills Knowledge of Windows; Microsoft Word.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS a plus.Attributes Excellent oral and written communication skills.Assessments Must score 76 or higher on Firms clerical spelling test; must score 40 wpm with a 2% or less error rate on the Firms clerical typing test.
