Now hiring a Human Resources Assistant.
This role will provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department while partnering with the leadership team and all employees to make sure the company maintains a positive employee relationship.
This role will also include providing the recruiting, on-boarding, and initial training for new employees.
Job Requirements: The primary duties of the Human Resources Assistant role include: Lead recruiting activities to provide the best possible qualified employees to meet the needs of the organization.
Onboarding new employees and initial training on company policies.
Entering payroll information.
Collaborate with department managers to identify and develop accurate job descriptions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws & regulations.
Responsible for creating and maintaining all employee records.
Responsible for completing and submitting weekly/daily reports.
Assist with answering and responding to Human Resources phone calls, questions, and emergency situations.
Communicating with clients & vendors in a professional manner, which includes in-person, over the telephone, and through written communication.
