Human Resources Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client is seeking a Senior Human Resource Associate in Washington, DC. Key Tasks:

• Senior Human Resource Associate will be responsible for posting job announcements
• Reviewing applications
• Conducting phone screens
• Scheduling interviews
• Initiating background and reference checks
• As a Senior Human Resource Associate, you will be managing onboarding process for new employees
• Coordinating intern program
• Managing the offboarding process, assisting with benefits administration
• Coordinating semi-monthly payroll process

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum two years of related work experience, preferably at a nonprofit, community-based organization, NGO and/or local government
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all phases of the employee experience and life cycle with the ability to work across a diverse organization in terms of work and personalities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail and confidentiality
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience with HR systems (ADP Workforce Now, applicant tracking systems, etc.)
