Human Resource Benefits & FMLA Specialist

Crestview Management, LLC is an established Hotel Owner/Operator. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full-time opening in our Corporate Office located in Crestview Hills, KY. The HR Benefits / FMLA Specialist will be responsible for Insurance Benefit processing, the Family Medical Leave of Absences (FMLA) with our associates and various HR duties.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Monthly Benefit measuring and enrollments

• Monthly benefit invoices for processing

• Verbal and written communication

• Ability to Multi-task various projects

• Interpersonal Skills

• Good Organization Skills

• A minimum of three (3) years of FMLA experience and Insurance Benefits

• Previous Paycor experience helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
