Inviting applications for the role of HR Manager – Business Partner!
The HR Manager/Business Partner will report to and work under the direction of the AVP, Human Resources for the Digital business.
This position will be working to support the Digital affiliated business group as the trend of growth continues. The day to day activities will include work in the areas of talent management, workforce planning, acquisitions, increment planning, performance management, onboarding, engagement, and other common HR deliverables.
Collaboration with Finance teams and driving key business and HR metrics will be a critical part of the job.
Responsibilities
Provide direct HR support to assigned employee population throughout the employee lifecycle, and to Business & HR Leadership, including:
• Support integration of new hires and standard methodologies (which includes a remote workforce with high executive population)
• Implement and drive HR standard methodologies which seek to increase Employee Engagement and retention, utilizing technology to include virtual team members. Example: meetings and forums for employees to interact with leadership (townhalls, skips, pulses), Rewards & Recognition programs, drive Early Warning System (EWS) coverage and efficiency, etc.
• Handling raised employee situations
• Workforce forecasting and planning with leadership
• Coordination with Finance teams on planning and financial updates
• Enforcement of the new Virtual HR model to ensure employees and managers are directed on US policies and procedures.
• Work with multiple specialist support groups such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Immigration, HR Shared Services, etc.… to ensure compliance on all people processes, timely administration and a seamless employee experience.
• Coordinate Performance Management processes
• Collate relevant information for leaders’ review, drive appraisal closure, track performance improvement plans.
• Compensation administration – database management, Increment planning/ administration, Bonus administration
• Exit process administration including exit interviews and off-boarding
• Maintain and report data from people processes such as employee attrition, immigration and headcount
• Support integration of acquired entities – facilitating offer letter roll out, BGC, system access, engagement, etc.
• Special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Relevant US HR/business partner experience required
• Experience working as an HR business partner in a technology or consulting firm desirable
• Relevant US HR certification desirable (Example: PHR, SHRM-CP)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred qualifications
• Demonstrated business partner experience required along with experience in talent management, workforce planning, acquisitions, increment planning, performance management, onboarding, engagement, and other common HR deliverables.
• Executive presence, organized, self- motived, ability to work in a geographically dispersed business group, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication required along with solid understanding of company initiatives in the Digital space.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment where expectations are very high.
• Strong decision-making and relationship building skills.
