Workday implementation focusing on Learning, Talent, Performance, Career Development is a MUST.
Hands on working with a team to guide them through discovery sessions, design sessions, hands on configuration, testing guidance, validation sessions, cut over into Production.
Any post implementation support for break/fix, trouble shooting, and enhancements or additional Workday functional areas are a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.
This position will be in the Workday department inside the Information Technology division reporting to the SVP IT and support the Learning and Human resource business teams.
2.
Strong business process consulting expertise to walk stakeholders through their end to end current state level 1 through level 5 process, people, and tolls with associated documentation.
Future state business process modeling with gap analysis and ability to translate the requirements into the design and configuration.

Qualifications
1.
You must have had hands on experience configuring in your area of specialty in Workday.
At least one full project life cycle or configuration enhancement.
2.
Qualified candidate should have at least one full life cycle go-live and at least 1 year experience or more.
More experienced candidates will be considered with compensation commensurate with experience.
Those who have worked for Workday Inc.
or any of the associated Workday SI firms are an excellent match.
