How you will make an impact
– Administering interviews
– Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
– Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
– Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements
– Administering various administrative duties
– Optimizing digital recruiting resources
– Producing internal recommendations
Job Requirements:
– 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
– Full Cycle Recruiting experience
– Indeed experience
– Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word
– Well-founded grasp of negotiation
– General familiarity with Microsoft Office
– Corporate Recruiting experience
– Experience with Extending Offers
– Quality experience with Adobe Acrobat
– Proven knowledge of sourcing recruitment
– Expertise in LinkedIn
– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
– Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– You need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
– Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
– Are you highly professional? Are you able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity?
