Job Description Summary:The Recruiting Manager is responsible for the talent acquisition strategies and execution to fill all positions at the hotel.
Oversee the social media and web-based marketing and brand for the property.
Assist HR team with other events and activities for our employees.
We are focused on the Grand Re-Opening of our location with a large number of employees we need to recruit over the next few months.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Solid Hotel/Restaurant recruitment experience.
Expert knowledge with Internet search tools/techniques and state-of-the-art search and recruiting methodology.
* Strong knowledge of social media resources for effective recruiting and employee campaigns.
* Knowledge of graphic design.
* Up to date on the talent acquisition trends and resources.
* Demonstrate strong computer in Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Develop and oversee all talent acquisition strategies to fill exempt and non-exempt hotel positions.
* Create or oversee the creation of marketing materials such as print, web, social media, and more.
* Work with hiring managers to develop interviewing and competency tools to assist in selecting the ‘right fit’.
* Responsible for employee and recruiting focused social media medians such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
Develop and expand our social media presence.
* Maintain our careers website to ensure it stays up-to-date.
* Develop relationships with local community services that can assist people return to the workforce.
* Oversee and participate in the selection process for all employees; exempt and non-exempt.
* Develop metrics to help determine the success of our recruiting strategies.
* Create and help implement retention efforts to ensure we remain a top employer in the DFW area.
* Assist with all other Human Resource functions within the hotel, as needed.
