Our client operates in the financial services sector and is seeking a Head of Human Resources to join their growing team.

The Role.

You will report to the Chairman.

You will head the whole HR function of the Organisation.

The role entails having good relationships with departmental heads.

You will be driving the strategy for Human Resources for the whole company.

Full recruitment strategy will fall under this role.

Developing and driving a performance driven culture.

Reporting on HR matters and data to the Executive Committee of the various companies within the Group.

Overseeing the Payroll and Admin Operations.

Skill-sets and Requirements.

You must have Senior Management in a Human Resources function.

Have sound knowledge of Maltese employment law.

A business acumen is crucial for this role.

Have knowledge of data analysis.

Education & Experience.

Preferably have a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
