Job Description

U.S.

Bank is currently searching for a new head of campus recruiting and early talent.

As the head of campus recruiting and early talent, you will partner with our senior business leaders, human resource partners and recruiting leaders to develop, implement, and drive campus and early talent strategies aligned to the current and future needs of our organization.

In this role, you will also work and collaborate with key external stakeholders across the country such as campus career centers and on-campus organizations to share our early talent program and vision as you recruit top tier talent..

A passion for campus and early talent, and a desire and ability to deliver differential and dynamic solutions by translating organizational talent objectives into acquisition strategies are key success factors of this position.

This role is a leader of managers and individual contributors and will play a key role in developing future leadership talent within the organization.

Responsibilities
Lead, design and implement the campus recruiting strategy to attract a qualified and diverse pipeline of talent that aligns with business goals.
Build external partnerships with diversity, student, and industry specific organizations as well as on campus contacts.
Establish relationships with senior business leaders, human resources and recruitment partners to deliver recruiting initiatives, training programs, and share/leverage best practices to improve the graduate and intern programs to meet the changing needs of early career talent.
Lead and manage the company summer intern program.
Manage the campus budget including leading the business line allocation process.
Understand the industry and geographical competitive landscape in order to influence and shape future recruiting strategies.
Partner with talent attraction and marketing to deliver consistent corporate messaging into all university materials.
Drive candidate engagement through all stages of the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience is delivered
Maintain regular contact with targeted campus and diversity related partners
Track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven decisions and to share results/trends with stakeholders
Lead and manage a sophisticated team of recruitment professionals.

Focus on developing recruiting, consulting, and program management capabilities.
Assess and manage risk while considering the objectives and goals of the business.
Demonstrate high levels of facilitation skills in consulting with the business, effectively addressing difficult situations with executive savvy; takes decisive and well-rounded action in high-pressure situations; solution focused to improve ineffective processes.

Bring insights, adaptability and is regarded and a talent expert for the assigned business(es).
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent work experience.
12 years of recruiting, HR, or business experience.

More than five years of managerial experience preferred.
