WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Manage and develop a team of talented sourcers and recruiters

• Lead recruitment for our Business Teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and G&A) and develop strong partnerships / relationships with Business organization leads.

Partner with leadership to determine business needs, develop competitive recruiting strategies, structure, allocate, and deploy technical recruiting resources

• Partner and drive employer brand initiatives that educate candidates on Benchling and how we’re enabling our customers are changing the world

• Develop diverse pipeline strategies and partner with Business Leads and DEI Lead to set goals / commitments on hiring / building diverse pipelines

• Partner with the Recruiting Operations team to streamline our interview process and develop reports and insights

• Develop and manage programs that help add to our recruiting culture for example structured interviewing, referral programs, interviewer training, etc.

• Build candidate relationships, drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations

ABOUT YOU

• BA/BS Degree with 8+ years of experience in Recruiting & Sourcing with 4+ years management experience at a high growth tech company

• Proven track record of successfully attracting world-class, elite GTM and Business talent.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills with attention-to-detail

• Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to influence and work collaboratively with leadership and executives and to drive a cross-functional team in an aligned direction

• Mentor and develop others, while coaching through all stages of the hiring process

• Strong sense of urgency and relentless in delivering results

• Growth mindset, curious, and focused on continuous improvement
