POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the management, recruitment, and placement of candidates for MegaCorp Logistics by working closely with top executives and the Human Resources Director to fill positions in each department as needed.
The Corporate Recruiting Specialist will also be responsible for organizing all recruiting efforts to bring in top talent for open positions ranging in seasoned Sales professionals with a Book of Business to Entry-Level.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Understand and accurately articulate the duties, responsibilities, and requirements of the position for which you are recruiting for.Successfully identify highly-qualified candidates who meet the desired requirements of the specific position by being able to articulate the required personal dimensions and necessary traits for successful candidates;Understand and accurately articulate the desirable skills, education, and experience necessary to successfully fulfill the duties required in such a positionConduct a recruitment search for personnel who possess the ability to perform the duties and who meet the requirements of the open position with special focus in the 3PL industry; Screen viable candidates and provide a short list of candidates who are highly qualified, meet the desired requirements, are motivated and prepared to accept employment if offeredProvide thorough and detailed background and reference material on all viable candidates identified Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules with the Sales DirectorsPost Jobs and search Resume DatabasesWork closely with the Marketing Director on Social Media Networking and promotions to attract successful professionals in the desired departmentsMust be able to travel to trade shows, etc.
to find candidatesDevelop and maintain relationships with potential candidates by networking through social media, and industry functionsMaintain and protect the Company’s professional reputationEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred1-3 years Recruiting experience required Recruiting experience in 3PL industry preferredCOMPETENCIES:Excellent customer service skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to multi-task and enjoys a fast-paced environment.Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, self-starter.Ability to learn quickly, analyze situations and make decisions which support the ongoing success of MegaCorp.MegaCorp Logistics, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
