We’re a top supplier of manufacturing and warehouse management software to small and midsize businesses, but we like to think of ourselves more as being in the “people business.” We’re here to solve people’s problems and make it easier for them to focus on what they love doing best.Fishbowl is seeking to hire for a newly formed position which will require employee to be adept at creating processes and maintaining organization within the role.The Sales Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for sales positions and collaborate with hiring managers to set realistic sales requirements.Fishbowl benefits includes PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K matching and much more!The Sales Recruiter position will be a hybrid position working both from home and in office based out of our Orem, UT location.Come work with talented, collaborative, and friendly people who love what they do!Duties/Responsibilities:Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled including Sales Reps, Account Executives, SDRs, Trainers, and more.Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places adsin the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions and selects one or more placement agencies to assist with recruitment process.Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes and other forms of communications.Arranges telephone, video, or in person interviews combining various methods (e.G. structured interviews, sales assessments and behavioral questions).Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.Performs background checks, reference checks and vets potential employees credentials.Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their application.Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.Offers job position to final candidate/candidates.Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the sales community and marketplace and attends job fairs and industry conferences.Forecasts recruitment budgets.Performs other related duties as assigned.Some travel may be required.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal/written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.Thorough understanding of technology, sales roles and sales skills.Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels within an organization, including senior management positions.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in related field and/or human resources required.At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in sales roles a plus.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or comparable credentials preferred.SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential or comparable credential preferred.
