We seek bright, ambitious people to learn the craft of Executive Recruiting. You will be trained to become a “talent scout” for our clients working under our Senior Executive Recruiters.

This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate or someone who is early in their career and looking to build a future.

You will learn the industry from the ground up in a mentored environment by individuals who rank in the top 1% of our profession. You will be provided a defined career path that takes advantage of your strengths.

Average Senior Recruiters earn over $90K a year. Year one expected earning in excess of $50K. Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses + Incentives + and many other perks.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Completed Bachelor’s Degree.

· Unrelenting Drive to Succeed; Self-Starter with High Energy

· Does not get easily discouraged.

· Must LOVE being on the phone ALL day long. If making a LOT of phone calls and speaking with education executives Nationwide doesn’t sound desirable, then you are in the wrong place.

· Must like a desk with a window view on days when in the office.

· Relaxed dress code. Leave the stuffy suits at home.
