Overview:
Titan Home Improvement is seeking a full-time Entry Level Recruiter to be responsible for full cycle, high-volume recruitment for all operating companies within the Titan umbrella. As part of Titan’s team, you will play a critical role in attracting talent for our growing companies! To be successful in this role, one must work with a sense of urgency, while providing an amazing candidate experience!
You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day logistics and execution of our hiring campaigns. We currently service our family of companies in Florida, Texas, Wisconsin, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates while providing a world class candidate experience
- Cross recruit between all operating companies under the Titan umbrella
- Manage a high volume of calls and apply sourcing tactics to maintain a pipeline of candidates, demonstrating exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Fulfill department performance standards and meet company targets needed at our various offices and campaigns
- Maintain regular contact and communication with both clients and candidates
- Participate in regular meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge of our ongoing campaign needs and industry specifics
- Developing and maintaining trusting, respectful, collaborative candidate and hiring manager relationships
- Perform candidate outreach via an omnichannel approach that is not limited to phone calls, emails, text messages, and other ways of engagement
Qualifications:
- Confident, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be tech savvy and familiar with Windows-based programs/applications
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
- A get-it-done, positive attitude with the ability to adapt, think outside the box, problem solve and willingness to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- Experience in recruitment or high-volume recruitment is a plus
- Bilingual skills in Spanish – a plus
- Ability to work the following schedules available between 9:30am to 6pm, or 10am to 6:30pm, Mon-Fri
