Responsibilities:
• Management of quotes assigned for the o Review o Input of all required information into the quoting system for completion of proposals requested.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the Sales team.
• Daily interaction with the sales team on questions, request for missing information, delivery of quotes.
• Manage all appeals and change requests while maintaining SLA.
• Referrals to Management/Underwriters, where applicable.
• Ensure SalesForce information is updated with current status / activity In support of the above functions, candidates will:
• Contribute to the team workflow processes and assist team members when needed.
• Meet expected performance metrics personally and as a team.
