office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks emerging companies resource attorney with 2-3 years of experience in a US corporate/transactional practice.
The candidate will be preparing legal documents for automation; quality control testing for automation processes.
Will be preparing drafts (or revising existing precedent) of template documents.
Coordinating with lawyers across practice groups, and other firm personnel, to ensure review, updating, and other contributions for practice resources and external publications.
Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relative to ECVC practice; preparing summaries and alerts regarding same; ensuring new legal requirements are reflected in the practice resources.
Assisting with Individual Attorney Requests.
Helping field day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents, templates, and other resources.
Be involved in resource, knowledge management and practice innovation projects TBD.
Must be a licensed attorney.
Must have a basic handle on startup/venture practice and the main types of transactions and issues in day-to-day startup counseling.
The candidate should have strong drafting skills.
