Job Description
Our Recruiting Coordinator collaborates closely with our team of EMEA recruiters to provide outstanding candidate and hiring manager administrative support for F5’s hiring process.
Working as a key member of our team your role will include: interview scheduling coordination, candidate document preparation/filing and job advertising.
The role will also create and produce routine and ad hoc reporting on filled requisitions for the EMEA theatre, liaison with external recruitment and background checking suppliers and occasional project work.
Responsibilities
- You will organise complex in-person interview schedules, working closely with our recruiters and interviewers, and both F5 and external candidates.
- We deliver our recruitment through a variety of selection events including phone screens, Video/Zoom interviews, and some candidate travel coordination.
Our Recruitment Coordinators help provide a crucial role across this to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Initiate and maintain excellent communication with candidates during the scheduling process and on the interview day, ensuring candidates have an outstanding interview experience.
- Collaborates with and resolves ad hoc queries from managers and candidates, including proactive follow up and query resolution.
- Coordinates travel arrangements including airfare, hotel and transportation; often within tight scheduling deadlines.
- Help with identifying opportunities to improve our candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Initiate the requisition process on behalf of our team.
- Coordinate our online technical assessment tool for our Talent Acquisition team including initiating test invitations and forwarding completed tests for review.
- Ensure candidates have received and completed background checks and any other required country-specific checks.
- Coordinate our employee referral program including preparing bulletins and associated referrer communications.
- Create and maintain trackers for streamlining of co-ordination activities and reporting purposes.
- Input, track, and run reports.
Provide and update various reports on a daily weekly or monthly basis.
Reports may include headcount, recruiting activity, expense reports.
- Responsible for recruitment of entry-level or administrative positions when hired via external agencies along with ad-hoc temporary roles.
- Assist with co-ordination of recruitment and other related activities to support our EMEA Intern programme.
There will also be opportunities to participate in other projects.
- Collaboration with EMEA Finance/Purchasing teams to raise PO’s, SOW’s for external searches as the need arises.
- Share your knowledge to mentor/coach to other Recruiting Co-ordinators in the global TA team.
Qualifications
- Successful relevant HR/recruitment experience from a fast paced and agile working environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and with applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills
– both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle several projects at once, with excellent organizational skills.
- Happy working independently, with strong work ethic.
- Detail oriented and passionate about delivering high standards of customer experience and a high quality work product.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Awareness of GDPR requirements and work with care on the handling and storage of sensitive information.
- Team-oriented with desire to ensure complete satisfaction for all customers
