The role offers a unique opportunity to take charge of new initiatives that will have immediate and long-term effects on both the team and business.The HR Manager is responsible for a wide-range range of HR functions that include, but are not limited to, supporting implementation and execution of HR programs and policies within the Company.

This includes, but is not limited to, full cycle recruiting, team member retention efforts, benefit and payroll administration, training, team member relations, policy writing and interpretation, and organizational development, among other things.The role holds significant responsibility to ensure that the Human Resource strategy and functions are aligned with the Company’s overall strategy and business needs.

In supporting the ever-changing HR demands of the business, the HR Generalist will have the opportunity to grow the role into an HR Manager level position.

The HR Manager is the single in-house HR representative and will be the main point of contact for team members, but will also have the unique opportunity to interface with the Company’s HR consulting partner on strategic matters.

Desired Experience, Skill, and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferredAt least 3 years of human resources experienceCreative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivationExcellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individualsAbility to present ideas to management and facilitate training sessions with the teamDirect, fair, and consistent approach to handling issuesExcellent communication and organizational skillsCompensation, Benefits, and StructureThe position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary structure based on skills and experience, and a competitive bonus structure based on personal and company performance.
