Early Childhood Education (ECE) Recruiter – High Volume

As an Education Recruiter, you will play an integral role in the Human Resources Department.

You will serve as the initial point of contact for all aspects of the recruitment, interview scheduling, selection, and prescreening process of new employees.

Ensures all candidates for employment meet the minimum qualifications needed.

In addition, you will act as a point of contact and build relationships with prospective employees and hiring managers during the employment process.

Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field* At least 1 year education recruitment experience preferred* Bilingual in Spanish a plus Additional Requirements * Detail-oriented and good organizational skills* Strong interpersonal communication skills* High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, ADP and Google Docs CMCS offers an excellent, comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, generous paid time off, in-service training, flexible work schedules, and competitive salaries.
